You place your Purchase Orders, then you add them to a Batch in Scanpower. This allows us to receive your items with real time updates and progress for you to see. Scanpower is free for you to use under our 3PL account and we can easily teach the process on creating a batch.
We will receive your products when delivered. The receiving progress will be visible in Scanpower for you to see including Photos and communications through our SLACK channel. Receiving is generally done same day, however if delivered towards the end of the day, then it will be received next day. Always within 24 hours
We will then prep your products. We create the shipments for you, generate the FNSKU labels and provide all required prep. Bubble, DNS stickers, Sticker Removal, Item inspection, Poly Bags and more are all included in the prep.
When prep is complete, the items will go down our conveyor system to the QC and Boxing station. That is where your items will be boxed or set for LTL (whichever is cheapest) We do FTL, So if there is a spot open on a soon to come FTL we can get your pallets on there for a crazy discounted price.
